Paying homage to the marriage of chili and chocolate, a traditional and favourite flavour pairing across Central and South America, this bar blends dried chilis, Indigenous forest garden allspice, and a pinch of sea salt with our beautiful 75% dark chocolate.

Use it for a warming hot drinking chocolate or to add a kick to your chocolate recipes. This chocolate can also be used for both sweet and savoury cooking - try adding it to mole!

Each bag contains 300g (approximately 4 bars) of drinking chocolate.
