Shipping Policy

ChocoSol takes great pride and joy in producing some of Toronto's most ethical, sustainable, nutritious, and delicious bean-to-bar chocolate. We take the same pride in doing our best to ensure our products arrive to you quickly and in perfect condition. 

Shipping Policies: 

  1. Please note that shipping occurs Monday-Friday. Due to the scheduling of our shipping partners, we cannot ship packages out over the weekends or national holidays. Orders placed after noon on Thursdays will be shipped the following week.          

  2. In addition to the selected delivery time at checkout, we generally require 1-2 business days to process and pack all orders.

  3. Refunds will not be given for shipping delays or damage caused by inclement weather, package refusal, or incomplete or incorrect delivery address. 

  4. We try our best, but ChocoSol cannot guarantee our products will arrive in perfect condition. Some products are more susceptible to heat-related damage (blooming) than others. Any damages incurred during shipping should be reported to the shipping company. 

  5. ChocoSol may delay shipping during extreme weather and heatwave (>25℃) conditions to prevent damage to our products. We will ship your order once the weather allows, typically after three consecutive days of low temperatures in the forecast (5-7 days for international orders).   6. We understand that shipping fees can feel daunting. Thank you for your patience as we continue to seek out ways to reduce these fees, including by offering free shipping on orders over $175. Many ChocoSol customers find placing large orders the most cost-effective way to buy our products, especially since our chocolate is shelf-stable and has a recommended best-before date of 5-6 months!        

  7. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or modify an order once it has been fulfilled. If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation notice, please email us at onlinestore@chocosoltraders.com to inquire about cancelling or modifying your order.

ChocoSol provides customers with a variety of ways to have our products shipped. Please read the information below about our shipping options and partners so you can select the best method for youL

  • Standard Shipping: 
    • $18.00 within Ontario, Manitoba, or Quebec.
    • $25.00 within Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, Saskatchewan, Alberta, or British Columbia, 
    • $50.00 within the Yukon, the Northwest Territories, or Nunavut

  • Free Shipping: Across Canada for all orders over $175 (before tax), excluding Territories.


Free Pick Up | ChocoSol Boutiques or
Farmers' Markets (Toronto Only)

ChocoSol offers free pick-up at our two boutique locations within Toronto, plus at our regular farmers’ markets. Order online request pick up, and we will get back to you when it’s ready for pick up at your chosen location!

Please allow for 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared. We cannot guarantee order delivery for orders placed within 48 hours of your selected market.

We offer pick-up at the following locations: 

  • ChocoSol Boutique, 1131 St Clair Ave W - 7 days a week
  • ChocoSol St Lawrence Market Boutique, 93 Front St E Unit 22B - Monday - Saturday
  • Evergreen Brickworks - Saturdays
  • Wychwood Barns - Saturdays
  • Sorauren Market - Mondays
  • Leslieville Market - Sunday (seasonal)
