Alegria, friendship and love | Workshop & Tasting Experience

Come join with us at ChocoSol in a joyful exploration of friendship and eco-gastronomy! In this hands-on workshop and learning experience, you'll make a delicious drinking chocolate on our original pedal-powered blender bike, learn about ChocoSol’s foundational commitment to sustainable practices, explore the cultural significance of amaranth and its spiritual ecologies, and of course enjoy a delicious variety of sweet and savoury ChocoSol foods.

This workshop is perfect for families, community outings, parties and celebrations of all kinds. Appropriate for all ages and groups of up to 20 guests. The workshop lasts for approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours.

All workshops and tastings take place at the ChocoSol Cacao Commons, 1131 St Clair Ave W., and are run by experienced ChocoSolistas. 

Tickets include:

• Entry to the Cacao Commons space
• 4-course tasting menu including a chocolate-alegria, white cacao jaguar drinking chocolate, Mexican atóle, and a savoury tamale.
• 5% off all purchases made in-store after the workshop.
• All food and drinks served are vegetarian and can be made vegan upon request.* 
• All food and drinks are free of nuts, soy, and gluten.
