Kakai Pumpkin Seeds

Kakai pumpkin seeds come from a special variety of pumpkin grown for their hull-less seeds. ChocoSol's kakai seeds are a Grade A variety (Styrian) grown in Sarnia, Ontario.

These incredibly delicious pumpkin seeds are a great source of protein and omega fats. Their rich flavour pairs perfectly with the dark chocolate in our Kakai + Cacao chocolate bar, and in your favourite recipes!

Roast, toast, blend, sprinkle, or snack on handfuls of these seeds. They are a great addition to trail mixes, granola, smoothies, and smoothie bowls. Our Kakai Pumpkin Seeds can also be used to make seed milk, or to replace nuts in recipes!
