Our iced drinking chocolates and caffeinated mochas are a summertime staple across Toronto markets, shows, and festivals!
But did you know you can make these delicious and refreshing drinks yourself at home in just a few easy steps?
ChocoSol Iced Drinking Chocolate
This recipe makes 2 servings!
You need:
- A blender
- 1 bar of your favourite ChocoSol chocolate*
- 3/4 cup of boiling water
- 2-3 cups of ice
- Optional: additional sweetener or spice
- To serve: ice, milk of choice
*We recommend our smooth flavours, without infusions, such as Vanilla Sea Salt, Darkness, Five Chili, 100% Gratitude, or Jaguar Swirl!
Instructions:
- Break up the ChocoSol bar into individual squares, and add them to your blender with the hot water. If using additional dry sweetener or spices, add them as well.
- Blend on low for 30-45 seconds, or until you can hear that the chocolate has completely melted into the water.
- Add 2 cups of ice and blend on low until fully incorporated and the drink is ice cold. If needed, additional ice can be added until your desired temperature and consistency is reached!

Serve over ice, traditional (con agua) or with your milk of choice (con leche!)
