Decadent Dark Chocolate Brownies (Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free)

These indulgent brownies are the perfect balance of fudgy and rich, made even more irresistible with the best-selling Vanilla Sea Salt chocolate. The natural sweetness of coconut sugar and the nutty depth of almond flour pair beautifully with the velvety chocolate, while the hint of sea salt enhances every bite!


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil or vegan butter, melted
  • 1 cup coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • 2 flax eggs (2 tbsp flaxseed meal + 6 tbsp water, mixed and set for 5 min)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup almond flour (or nut-free flour of choice)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 oz Vanilla Sea Salt chocolate, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted coconut oil and coconut sugar. Stir in flax eggs and vanilla extract.
  3. Add almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until combined.
  4. Fold in the chopped Vanilla Sea Salt chocolate.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 22-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Let cool before slicing. Enjoy!
