An immersive bean-to-bar experience for schools, organizations, and teams.
Go beyond tasting and experience the full story of chocolate through a hands-on workshop exploring ecology, food, culture, and community.
This two-hour experience combines chocolate making, rooftop gardening, and conversations about forest gardens, Indigenous and traditional ecological knowledge, local food systems, and ecological entrepreneurship.
Each workshop can be tailored to your group's interests, making it an ideal experience for classrooms, community organizations, and workplace team-building.

During the workshop you'll
- Taste roasted cacao beans
- Roast candied pumpkin seeds
- Blend drinking chocolate using our bicycle-powered blender
- Make your own chocolate bark and bites
- Tour the rooftop garden
- Learn about bean-to-bar chocolate making
- Explore forest gardens, direct trade, and ecological food systems

Duration: Approximately 2 hours

Group Size: 8–22 participants
Workshops are available in English, French, or Spanish (subject to staff availability).
Pricing
Workshop Fee: $500
Sampling Fee: $150
(HST additional)
For larger groups, multiple workshops can be booked on the same day.
