Here, our chocolate makers focus on integrating Ontario-grown ingredients like pumpkin seeds into fresh chocolate that is made by hand, right on site. It’s a space that celebrates both the bounty of our local harvests and the deep traditions of cacao forest gardens from Latin America, brought together in true ChocoSol style.
Come visit us and you just might find our chocolate crafters experimenting with playful bites, truffles, and seasonal creations. Chocolate making happens three times a week, and visitors are always welcome to watch our ChocoSolistas at work—tempering, molding, and decorating each piece with care. It’s an opportunity to witness bean-to-bar craft in action, right in the heart of Canada’s most famous marketplace.
Our Chocol'Arte team also prepares limited edition chocolate boxes to mark special occasions throughout the year. From Jaguar & Vanilla Pumpkin Chocolatl Calaveras to Marigold bars made with blossoms from our own rooftop garden, these offerings reflect our philosophy of food as both nourishment and celebration. Every piece tells a story of the land, whether it’s our cacao sourced directly from Indigenous farming communities and co-operatives, or the flowers and seeds we tend right here in Toronto.
