Welcome to ChocoSol!

Our goal is to create an ecologically and socially-just food system through dark chocolate, coffee, and conviviality.

Interested in bean-to-bar chocolate making? In alternative approaches to social and ecological business? Or simply appreciating the flavours of stone-ground, delicious, and nutritious dark chocolate? This behind-the-scenes experience will give you insights into the history and ongoing story of ChocoSol, our relationships with cacao growers in southern and central America, and a look into how we turn this cacao, the Food of the Gods, into our award-winning eating and drinking chocolates.

When: 6:30pm - 8:00pm
Tours start promptly at 6:30pm. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to get settled before the tour starts!

Where: 1131 St. Clair West. 
We are located on the south side of St. Clair Ave, just east of Dufferin St. 

What's included:

Tours are approximately 90 minutes long.

  • Welcome and introduction to ChocoSol.
  • 45-minutes tour of our bean-to-bar chocolate facility. You will hear more about our history, values, and goals in our work and how we are putting them into practice daily.
  • 30-minutes to enjoy an exclusive tasting menu of a rotating selection of pure cacao, our classic Rustico Line, Specialty Line, award-winning albino cacao chocolate, and rich and frothy chocolate drinks!
  • Plenty of time to ask questions and have discussions around cacao, ecology, sustainability, cradle-to-cradle business and food production systems, and more.


  • Individual: $30/person

  • Tours take place at ChocoSol's home: 1131 St. Clair Ave West, Toronto. 
  • Due to Health & Safety certification guidelines, certain limitations may restrict full access to certain areas.
  • ChocoSol is unfortunately not a wheelchair accessible space.
  • Tours are conducted in English.
