Holiday Shipping Policies:

We are a small team, doing our best to make, package, and deliver our chocolate out as quickly as possible. During the holiday season, we may take longer to fill and ship your order due to higher demand and the nature of our production schedule. Your order may take 5-8 business days to process and package, and will be shipped the following business day. Once shipped, you will receive a notification with an estimated delivery time. Please note, your selected delivery time is the estimate from the shipping company and does not include processing time on our end. 

Order before December 15th for delivery before the big holiday rush and to avoid disappointment!


We offer free shipping within Canada on orders $150 +

Chocolate is susceptible to the heat. We do our best, but we cannot guarantee all of our products will arrive in perfect condition. Please note, some products are more susceptible than others, primarily our Luscious Coconut due to its coconut butter content.

In order to best ensure your chocolate arrives quickly and securely, we only ship when the expected delivery time is within 2-3 business days. We do not ship over the weekend or national holidays.

We reserve the right to delay shipping during extreme weather conditions and during heatwave (>25℃) conditions. We will ship your order as soon as the weather allows.

While we do our best to protect our products from damage, once the box has left our shop it is out of our control. Any damage that is incurred during shipping should be reported to the shipping company immediately. Refunds may not be given for shipping delays or damage caused by inclement weather, package refusal, and/or incomplete or incorrect delivery address.
