April 1: Talk & Tasting at Durham College

ChocoSol’s Founder, Michael Sacco, will be visiting Durham College’s Centre for Food to give a presentation on the teachings of the Maya and forest gardens; current research on the spiritual ecology of the forest garden and polyculture in Mexico; and how ChocoSol is locally engaging in this research in Ontario in the form of our ChocoSoil project. Sample our delicious mochas and xocolatl (Mayan drinking chocolate). Attendees will have the opportunity to purchase ChocoSol products at the event.
