Have you gone Gluten-Free but are confused about what to eat? Looking for ideas and inspiration? Going Gluten-Free can have its challenges, but we’re here to help!

Join Culinary Nutritionist Andria Barrett & Raw Vegan Chef Mary Hulbert for a hands-on class to learn how to prepare gluten-free meals.

Our summer-inspired menu includes:
-Watermelon Citrus Mint Cooler
-Asian Fresh Spring Rolls with Dipping Sauce
-Sun-Dried Tomato Marinara Pizza
-Zucchini Noodles with Lemon Herb Pesto
-Chocolate Ganache Mini-Bite Dessert
(…. and a guided chocolate tasting by ChocoSol )

Participants will receive copies of recipes, and a small goody bag with samples of some of our favourite products.

All recipes use delicious whole foods that are vegan, nut-free, gluten-free, with no processed sugars
