Chocolate Workshops – Spring 2013

Join ChocoSol for our next series of chocolate workshops:

  • Friday, April 19 at 6 PM
  • Friday, April 26 at 6 PM
  •  Friday, May 10 at 6 PM
  •  Friday, May 31 at 6 PM
  • A minimum of 10 people per workshop is needed. Maximum 25 people.

Our two hour sustainable, artisanal chocolate workshops provide interactive bean to bar chocolate education (history, technique, ingredients, how our chocolate is made); the opportunity to taste and enjoy raw ingredients, eating chocolate, and drinking chocolate; and the opportunity to purchase ChocoSol products. The workshop also includes a facility tour, including touring our Choco-Soil department.

ChocoSol chocolate is also an open invitation to all, as our cacao is sourced via direct trade from farmers in Southern Mexico, is organically grown, and is free from child slavery. Our chocolate is made without dairy, gluten, soy and nuts, and is also vegan. And it’s made right here in Toronto (at 225 Geary Avenue – just one block north of Dupont at Dufferin)!

We’re offering a discounted price of $25 per person (cash please).
